Terms of service

These terms govern your use of SnapLocus, operated by eSoftie LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You must give a working email address and keep access to it, because it is how you sign in. The person who creates an account is its admin and is responsible for everyone they add to it and for activity under the account.

Your content

You own the photos you upload. You give us permission to store, process (for example resize) and display them so we can run the service, including to people you share links with. You promise you have the right to upload them and that they don't break the law or anyone else's rights. We may remove content that does.

Photos are resized and re-encoded when uploaded, and metadata such as location is removed. We don't keep the original file.

Plans, billing and cancellation

The Free plan includes limited folders and storage. Premium is a subscription billed in advance through our payment processor until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Subscription page. After cancelling you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for, then the account becomes Free. Your folders stay available to view and download, but you can add photos only to your first folder. Fees already paid are not refunded unless the law requires it.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to store or share unlawful content, to attack or overload it, or to try to access other people's data.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running and your photos safe, but it is provided "as is". Keep copies of anything critical. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
