Take before, during and after photos on your phone and have each one land in the right job folder. When a customer asks what was done, send a link instead of digging through your camera roll.

What contractors do with SnapLocus
-
One folder per job
Name it after the customer or address. Every photo for that job stays together, whoever on your crew took it.
-
Notes on the photo
Write what the photo shows, such as "new shutoff valve, before drywall". Notes show on the share link and are included in the ZIP.
-
Proof you can send in seconds
Copy a private link for the customer or insurer, or download the whole folder as a ZIP for your records.
-
Your crew can add photos
Add your people by email. They sign in with a one-time code, and you decide who has access.

Questions
How do contractors use SnapLocus on a job?
Create a folder for the job, open the built-in camera and shoot as you work. Photos upload in the background, so you can keep going. Share the folder with the customer by link when the work is done, or when they ask for an update.
Can the customer see my other jobs?
No. A share link opens one folder only. The customer sees that folder's photos and notes and can download its ZIP, and nothing else from your account.
